In the app
- Open app.cyclelounge.in and log in
- Tap your profile picture → My profile → Edit profile
- Scroll to Danger zone → Delete my account
- Confirm with your password
What is deleted
Immediately and permanently: your profile (name, email, mobile number, date of birth), rides and GPS traces, posts, photos, comments, clubs, rewards, saved routes, emergency contacts and notification subscriptions.
What is kept, and why
Records of paid store orders are retained without your identity (amount, items and status only, no longer linked to your name or contact details), because Indian tax law requires sales records to be kept.
