Terms of Service

Accepting these terms

• By creating an account or using Cycle Lounge you agree to these terms.
• You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
• One account per person — keep your login to yourself.
• The information you give us (name, mobile number, date of birth, district) must be accurate.

Community rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech or spam — towards riders, clubs or anyone else.
• Do not glorify dangerous riding: no posts celebrating traffic violations, stunts in traffic or riding without regard for others.
• Content you post stays yours, but you grant us a licence to display it within the app so the community features work.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Safety disclaimer — please read

Cycling is inherently risky. Obey traffic laws, wear a helmet, and ride at your own risk.

GPS tracking, routes, weather, live share and SOS are aids, not guarantees. They can fail — network drops, battery dies, signals get lost. Never rely on them as your only safety measure. Always carry a charged phone, tell someone your route, and use your own judgement.

Ride recommendations, calorie estimates and health rings are informational only and are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any training programme.

Store terms

• Prices are shown inclusive of GST as displayed on each product.
• Payment is via Razorpay, or pay-on-pickup where offered.
• You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched.
• Returns and warranty follow the terms on the product page or the store’s stated policy.
• Title to goods passes to you on delivery or pickup.

Rewards & coins

XP, coins, badges and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and may be adjusted or revoked if we detect abuse or gaming of the system.

Service, liability & changes

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We may modify, pause or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

Termination

You can stop using Cycle Lounge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. Sections that by nature survive (liability limits, governing law) continue after termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
